External Landlord Services:
As well as offering contractual services & management to landlords who's properties are in our portfolio, we also have a range of services for external landlords. These include, Tenancy Agreements, Legal Documentation, Inventory Writing, Inspections, Condition Reports, E.P.C's(Energy Performance Certificates) etc.

In October this year, E.P.C's became required on all rented properties that either come onto the market or become available again after the introduction of the legislation. At CPS we are already prepared for this eventuality with independant engineers available to produce these documents now.
