We are able to provide H.I.P.S (Home Information Packs) where required. Currently these cost £300.00 + VAT.

We have one fixed cost for the sale of any property, regardless of size, type or value, this is charged at £1000 + VAT upon completion of the sale of the property. This ensures that you know the cost to you from the outset with no hidden or further cost to incur.
